A manager CAN: open the creator's Content Planner (cards, statuses, calendar, tweets, to-dos), edit and create cards, manage the editor roster and brand kit, see Finance & Tax entries, fill the Media Kit, and use Ask My Planner on that hub.
A manager CANNOT: see the creator's Habits or energy check-ins, their Weekly Review answers, their Creator Memory profile, send sponsor pitches as them, act as them, invite or remove other managers, or see any other creator's hub.
Access is per-creator, revocable by the creator at any time from their planner's 👑 Managers panel, and every hub shows who it belongs to while you're inside it.
